This is a traditional PnG hidden in front of Jersey Shore University Medical Center. The cache is accessed from the parking lot, not from the fenced in drainage basin area. Careful of muggles... there is an elevated level of foot traffic in this parking lot during business hours, especially people wearing blue shirts! Bring your own pen!
