This is a lovely trail out to 'Foots' Lookout. To access it, you need to park at the given waypoint, walk down the steps, go South along the beach to some more steps. Climb these and the walk becomes easy.
There is now a path that runs along the cliff top. Still a goat track in places. Once sealed the T rating will be dropped.
Watch out for snakes and muggles that appear out of nowhere in the warmer weather.
You are looking for a familiar hide at a lovely spot to stop and admire nature's beauty. Please ensure that it gets recovered to maintain it's integrity.
