[JLX.67] Piombo Traditional Cache

La Cappelletta sorge in un'area un tempo campestre del quartiere di Legino della città di Savona. Oggi si trova circondata da una strada a forte scorrimento veicolare.

Su di essa non si sa quasi nulla tranne che non è certamente anteriore al XVII secolo.

Merita, però, una visita e perciò colgo l'occasione per dedidare il cache alla memoria di Giovanni Piombo, grande appassionato di musica.

Entrato nella banda musicale di Legino (suonava il trombone), ne era diventato presidente negli Anni '80, ruolo che ha ricoperto fino al giorno della sua scomparsa all'età di 71 anni, nel luglio 2011, nel cordoglio dell'intero corpo bandistico, che ne ha accompagnato il feretro, suonando fino alla cerimonia di sepoltura.

Rimarrà sempre il ricordo del suo impegno e dedizione per la sua amata banda ma, soprattutto, della profonda umanità, dell'onestà e del buon senso con cui era solito amministrarla, cercando, per quando possibile, di coniugarli se non addirittura di farli prevalere sulle esigenze pratiche, logistiche e burocratiche. Per lui, i suoi musicisti erano in primis figli, fratelli... la sua grande famiglia!

AVVERTENZE E RACCOMANDAZIONI

Il cache è oggetto di frequente manutenzione. E' facile, tuttavia, incorrere in perdite o esposizioni eccessive ai babbani. Si prega pertanto, di riporre il cache esattamente come indicato nelle foto spoiler.

2) REGISTRAZIONE
La veridicità dei ritrovamenti è fondamentale per garantire una manutenzione programmata ed efficiente. Al termine di ogni sessione di manutenzione verrà pubblicata foto del registro delle firme. Verranno eliminati tutti i ritrovamenti che non trovino riscontro. Nessuna eccezione.

The chapel is located in a formerly rural district of Legino the city of Savona. Today it is surrounded by a road with high vehicular flow.

On it we do not know almost nothing except that there is certainly prior to the seventeenth century.

It deserves, however, a visit and so I take this opportunity to dedicate the cache to the memory of John Piombo, a great music lover.

He joined the band of Legino (he played the trombone), of which he had become president in the 80s, role he held until the day of his death at the age of 71 years, in July 2011, in mourning the entire band corps, who accompanied the coffin, playing until the burial ceremony.

There will always be memory of his commitment and dedication to his beloved band, but above all, the profound humanity, honesty and common sense with which he used to administer it, trying, when possible, to combine them or even make them prevail over practical, logistical and bureaucratic needs. To him, his musicists were primarily his kids, brothers ... his large family!

The truth of the founds is very important for a scheduled and efficient maintenance. At the end of every maintenance session a logbook photo will be published. Every found which does not match the logbook will be deleted. No exception admitted.
