isht kinta: Since the cache owner has not responded to my reviewer log about the cache, nor did they post a note to the cache page telling me and others of their intention to address the issue with it, the cache has been archived.

Some time ago, I posted a note to the cache page requesting the cache owner to post a response on what they were planning to do with the cache. I have no record of a response, and no response tells me that they are not planning on replacing or repairing this cache. If I am wrong with that assumption, please let me know promptly. I can always unarchive the cache for you if needed.

Geocache Description:

Artistic expressions seep and flow into the everyday life of New Orleans like river waters into the bayous. This series , Art City , shines a spotlight that creative flow; be it fire hydrants, fences, trees, garbage cans, utility boxes, or even even potholes.

The GZ provides a great vantage point of one side of the oak tree project sculpted by Martin Miller. This tree was struck by lightning during hurricane Issac in 2012. But, instead of leaving it for dead, it was made into a monument to New Orleans. Cross over the bayou for a better look. Basically a log only but there is a small token for ftf.
