I was going to make this a multi-cache, but upon exploring the nearby wooded area, I found it was being used by several homeless people. Or people who really like urban camping. One tent is actually visible on Google maps satellite view, near Kinnear Rd. I decided not to bother them with random people going through their living space, so I opted for a simple, predictable placement.
