Doughnut Party at Ground Zero

Come and eat donuts and drink coffee while getting to know other Geocachers at the base of Ridgecrest's first Difficulty 5/Terrain 5 (GC3D5K9 Party @ ground zero) cache.

This event is open to EVERYONE!  The Terrain all the way to GZ ranges from a 1.5 to a 5 and a regular car CAN make it to the parking area (1.5 Terrain), just drive slowly.

For those who feel uncomfortable driving to GZ, we now have a meetup point. Meet at 7 AM and you can either catch a ride with someone with a 4x4 OR you can walk less than a mile to GZ. Below is the map of the parking area and GZ.

Time: 7 AM - 8 AM*

Bring: Coffee, Water, light hiking boots or tennis shoes, a helmet if you dare want to try for the nearby caches. Donuts will be provided!

* Sorry for the earliness of the event, but we thought it would be best to do it early in the morning before the summer heat takes full effect AND the wall is west facing and would be best done while in the shade.
