Located near a local dock that is used mostly for swimming (muggle area, beware!), you may have to venture a little ways back from the dock itself. This cache is just a small park and grab, and is not winter friendly.
Container is a small tube wrapped in black tape and contains a pencil and log sheet. Not much room for trading items.
