Bridge to Almost Nowhere Traditional Cache

I remember when they were first putting this bridge in. I thought what would this before. Then it all may sense.

This should be a pretty easy find. I was given permission from management of the near by businesses to hide this here. Just kind of thought this would be a good spot for a cache. Please put back as found. Have Fun.
