Not many people know, but this condomminum complex is beautiful, with a creek and foresty area. Growing up, this was a little hideout area the neighborhood kids would hangout in. All surrounding residents are informed of the geocach, so don't be shy! Just mind others property.
Find the "hideout" towards the end of Abbeyshire. Going into the creek will not be necessary.
