Geocache Description:

Nothing special here.  The name of this cache stands for Small, Low, Overlooking a Pond.  Couldn't think of anything more creative, but I wanted to get another cache into my community.  The "pond" is a storm drainage collection pond near the entrance to this subdivision, and the cache is located just inside a treeline to the north of the pond.  Convenient parking available if you turn into the community and make the first left.  Very slight bushwhacking required, and thorns may be found without looking too hard, but let not your heart be troubled: this is not a "Man -vs- Wild" cache!  Not quite a P&G, but should be a quick Park, Walk and Grab (P, W&G?).  I averaged the coordinates, so they should be pretty accurate.  As the name states, the cache is small and hidden low to the ground.  Approach from the listed parking waypoint has a slight hill, hence the terrain; this can be adjusted per recommendations.

Small cash reward for FTF.
