This is a quick Park-n-Grab in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a dressage ring ... not exactly a racing track. If you are lucky you can park on the side of the road and watch the horses being put through their paces. There is no need to encroach upon private property or to disturb the riders. A TOTT may be required to retrieve the cache.
