Geocache Description:

The manager of this Andy’s has requested that we all park in the back parking lot area’s. I have placed a parking waypoint that is behind the “Einstein bros bagel” store, which will be closed at this hour. This is a VERY busy Andy’s so we will have the log at the parking waypoint and we can place trackables on a car hood.

If by chance it is a rainy day, we can all meet under the roof in front of the store. They have heaters and it does provide for some protection from wind and rain under there. Obviously if the weather looks really bad this event will become canceled and I will post an announcement on the cache page so everyone can get a notification.

Springfield, Missouri, weather forecast

There will be no registering of TB numbers into or out of this event.
(meaning I am not going to write them all down)

It is the responsibility of the cacher who logged the TB/coin into the event to either drop it at the TB area or pass it on to another cacher. It is also the responsibility of the cacher who retrieves the TB/coin to log it properly in a timely manner.

As the owner of a TB or coin dropped into the event, it is up to you to contact the person who plans to bring your TB/coin about any concerns you may have.

Everyone trading trackables is asked to:

  1. Put the individual TBs into a ziploc baggie (replace if in bad shape)
  2. Print out the bug sheet for each TB, insert into baggie
  3. Put a small slip of paper inside the baggie and Give it one of several mission labels listed below for ease of sorting - WHERE the TB WANTS TO GO!! If it wants a particular state, list that as well.
  4. We request that for each TB you pick up that you leave one
  5. Those not having brought TB’s will get the opportunity to pick up a limited number of TB’s at the end of the event on Saturday until all TB’s are dispensed.
