There are a number of caches now in Porirua Scenic Reserve, many more than when I placed the first one there several years ago. This cache is designed to help spur interest in exploring this wonderful little area, and alternative ways up Colonial Knob.
Porirua Scenic Reserve encompasses most of the northeastern slope of Colonial Knob, a strategic high point that serves for both communications and general sight seeing. The main ways up are through a series of tracks, most commonly starting in Spicer Forest. There are multiple ways to get to this cache, and it is along the way to several high value targets (in the caching sense)
You are looking for a small camoflauged medicine container. Bring a writing instrument to sign it. Please make sure the cache is rehidden and secure so that this won't be muggled.
