De Boomman,

Er zijn verhalen van boommannetjes waarin je gewaarschuwd word voor hen. Dat ze voorbij lopende kinderen laten schrikken. Maar ben niet bang, dit boommannetje zal je geen kwaad doen. Hij wil alleen dat je hem vind en vriendjes met hem wordt. Hij vind het dan ook leuk als je je naam achterlaat in zijn vriendenboekje ;)

Ga met een gerust hart opzoek, en nadat je hem gevonden hebt, verstop hem dan op de zelfde plaats terug.

There are stories of the Tree Man in which you will be warned for them. They scare children that walk by. But do not fear, this tree man will not hurt you. He just wants you to find him and befriend him. He would appreciate it if you leave your name in his friends book ;)

Go look with confidence, and when you have found him, hide it in the same place again.
