A few years ago we were here with Death Wish Dave to grab the nearby Baltimore Hydrocahe # 1. On the way back to parking we saw people over in the trees. We paddled over to investigate and that is how we met Littleblkdog (Phil) and Teampanda173 (Jay) they were trying to get to the hydro cache via land. Ever since then I've been thinking about putting a cache here but we never had just the right container to put here until recently when we found something at a yard sale and the idea followed immediately.
You could get to the cache by land, but I would advise against it. Phil told me he had the worst case of poison he's ever had after walking out here. Even if you do manage by land, you should be prepared to get in the water to retrieve the cache
