Geocache Description:

This is a nice park in memory of those in Reston who perished in the attacks of September 11, 2001.

This is a nice, short walk to a relatively unknown memorial park in Reston. Read the inscriptions on the rocks and benches honoring those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks on 9/11/01. Also nearby are ball fields, a basketball court, a small playground, and Lake Newport. We just returned from GeoWoodstock XIII and left and a trackable tag for the FTF!
