Geocache Description:

I've been accused--with some justice--of being unduly fascinated with old cemeteries. I ask you: where better to hide a geocache on Memorial Day??  With full and proper respect, it hopefully goes without saying.  So many interesting cemeteries in this area.  This, one of the oldest in the township, is the final resting place of many prominent citizens including U.S. Senator John Lambert, and some of its history can be found in the following article by Delaware Township historian Marfy Goodspeed: http://www.delawaretownshipnj.org/2008/01/delawares-cemeteries-part-2-in-a-series/.

This cache is NOT located at the posted coordinates, but they will do nicely for parking.  The final container can be found at N40 25.ABC, W74 55.DEF.    As the name suggests, you will need to find a quartet of Barbers in the cemetery and obtain the necessary information from their gravestones.

A) How many wives are listed on Alfred H. Barber's gravestone with him?

B) How many people total are listed on Augustus Craven Barber's gravestone?

C) How many engraved flowers can be found on Augustus Craven Barber's gravestone?

D) How many letters are in the first name of A. Lambert Thatcher's wife?

E) What is the last digit of William H. Barber's year of death?

F) What is the last digit of William H. Barber's year of birth?

This is a residential area, so NO night caching!  There is no need to disturb the stone wall surrounding the cemetery.  BYOP, and please return the container to exactly the spot in which you found it.

Happy caching!
