Take River road and head South and about a mile past Happy valley road will be a turn out/parking spot near the gate, under the power lines. Follow trail West until you hit the bluff over looking the river and take a gaze, now head South and follow the trail until there is a a 3 way inersection and follow down, down down. Cache is hidden along the way to the river bed and I am giving this many hints because GPS can completely bug out down here.
After you find the cache continue on the trail and enjoy the area's other great cache's.
I may disable this during the Winter if it seems to stay too damp. Please replace cache in the current set up and camo for others to benefit. I did use a Garmin to set the cords. Like I said the reception is extremly jumpy so good luck! ratings are based on hike length and jumpy cords
