Yarra Views - Don't feed the Ducks Traditional Cache

A beautiful walk along, the Yarra, this is a place a friend first brought me to and I have come back many times over recent years to watch the river, go for a walk or just get some fresh air.  There are always people around, lot's of walkers, dogs on leashes and even a few people on horses at different points.  I love the refreshing time Warrandyte always offers. I hope you enjoy.

If you have started from one of the other Yarra Views caches, this is a great spot to sit and watch the ducks for a while before heading back to your parking spot.... after or even during your search for the cache!  There are always ducks here no matter what time of day you come.  You can park closer to this spot if i you want a quick trip or walk down from one of the shops across the road in Warrandyte.  I've been known to grab a cuppa from the cafe and come and sit here just to enjoy the view and watch the always amusing duck antics as they sleep, swim against the current or just chase each other around the river Be warned there really are always muggles here, even when I came to hide the cache I had to be creative and sit for a while watching the ducks before I could hide the cache without being seen. There is room for very small swaps and trackables. Please also be sure to replace the cache in the same spot so that it cannot be seen by anyone sitting to enjoy the view. Enjoy.
