The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. You'll need to solve the puzzle to get the real coordinates. (Also, the N 41° and W 081° are pretty much a given, so you're just looking for the rest of the coordinates.)
Whenever I'm trying to solve puzzle caches, I always come up with tons of ideas for my own caches. Most of my ideas tend to be really evil, so I tried to hold myself back from making this one impossible.
Here's a photo of the cache container before I hid it, so you know exactly what you're looking for. The puzzle should be the only hard part while the hide itself should be fairly obvious. I've also included a Geocheck so you can be sure your solution is correct before even leaving the house. As an added incentive, I've included a $25 Subway giftcard for the first to find.
