During the first week after enlightenment, the Buddha sat under the bodhi tree experiencing the happiness of freedom and peace. He was free from disturbing thoughts, calm and blissful. Please be kind to this cache as it is somewhat fragile and will not hold up to any abuse. BYOP, and consider sitting and enjoying the view under one of these old growth trees.
This cache is locate in Camel Hump park in cottage grove and is not well known but it has some spectacular views. I reccomend caching here near sunset. The park has a single gravel walking path but also has several 'desired paths' that you will find in the grass. Keep the little ones close as some areas of this park do have steep drop offs but if they stay on the gravel path all will be fine.
