For giving more choices to youth to develop their skills, a Youth College was established at Tin Shui Wai in 2009, providing opportunity for youth who reside in Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai area.
People may know there is a Youth College in Tin Shui Wai, but they may not know before the college established, this campus was utilised by a primary school called "Ho Ming Primary School" which run AM classes and PM Classes, therefore, when government pushing the whole day system for primary school, a new campus was built for Ho Ming them to split into 2 schools. However, due to decreasing in students, Ho Ming Primary School decided not to split into 2 schools and moved to the new campus in Tin Tsz Estate, from a 30-classrooms campus to a 24-classrooms campus.
Since then, the campus was vacant until the Youth College moved in. But during the time of vacancy, the campus was not been managed properly and became a playground of street kids, also some properties been stolen. This was even got reported on newspaper. The campus is now reborn with energy and ready to serve youth around the area!
