Geocache Description:

Who says Van Zandt County doesn't have and good roadway.

Welcome to the Giladon Creek crossing on Van Zandt County Road 3504.  Here you will find an anomaly not many are priviledged to witness.  That's right, approximately 200 feet of smooth road in Van Zandt County!  Take a walk across the bridge and check out the nice stream known as Giladon Creek.  But if you braved the road to get here it is still suggested you do not travel on down 3504 as it becomes increasingly covered in potholes.

The cache is not in a dangerous location and you can park along side the road at the cache location.  I would still be wary of snakes and other normal perils around an East Texas creek.
