This is a camo'd film canister. I reduced the size after the original was stolen.
Avoid searching an hour before and after school hours as there are a lot of kids going by at those times.
Also, beware of muggles. As I mentioned, the last one was stolen.
It looks like it's been stolen again. I'll replace it right away. If it disappears again I'll figure out an alternative nearby site and/or container
