So I started studying these gorgeous blue works of art as they swooped around our feeders. Did a bit of research as well. Turns out, just like the others in the Chase series, these flyers have evolved a means of encoding directions.
I snapped the following picture just as an amorous male was signaling to his girlfriend the location for their next tryst. Took a bit of study, but I think he’s encoded two multi-digit numbers. My hunch is that if you subtract the first from the posted N decimal minutes and add the second to the posted W decimal minutes you’ll be led to the “nid caché” of a couple of lovebirds.(Could it be as easy as 255 162?)
