Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in the beautiful Chattahoochee National Forest and when you get near the cache you will be greeted with a beautiful and peaceful view of a grassy hill. It is just a mile from parking.

Parking is a gravel parking lot off of Hwy 197. When parking, please angle to the right.

At the gravel parking lot, walk past the gate (gate open during hunting season) and head up Forest Service road 268. At the fork, go straight and head up Forest Service road 268A. when you pass the power lines the trail will turn into a grassy muddy trail. When you near the GC zone, the cache is on the right. If you want to use your geosenses and make sure those fine skills are still working, don't look at the hint! :) The cache is a small clear water tight container.

Distance may seem short, but be prepared for some hill climbing, it’s nothing bad at all. Be safe and have fun!
FTF goes to daydreamer1305 and co FTF's to geobug1305 and 22Dragonfly22!

Small note: As required by the USFS for geocaches hidden in the Chattahoochee National Forest. This geocache is prominently labeled as a geocache and the label includes the GC code and the owner's e-mail address.
