heartstones1: I came to check. I could see the tether but it looked like nothing was attached. Alot of the branches up to where the cache was are dead so it's better not to climb on them.

Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden about 8m up a free-climbable tree.
It is visible from the ground. The lowest branch is around 2.5m up so you may need a boost or some other help to get started.
The parking waypoint is for a gap in the hedgerow.

 

The D is based on the proximity of the parking and that the cache is easily visible from the base of the tree.
The T is based on a high climb but that no equipment is strictly necessary.
