Geocache Description:

This Cache takes you to the Northern end of Gosho Park to a quaint little spot, where there is an underground cave that can be explored if you wish, it is a fun spot for the kids when the streams are running on a hot day.

Gosho Park is a small conservancy which is part of the Peterhouse Group of Schools. It is wonderful for trail walking, mountain bike riding, picnics and days out. You do not need any permission to enter the park, but will be asked to pay a minimal fee at the entrance for your car and persons inside. Please fill in your details in the guest book as you enter the park. There is also a wonderful Bush Camp to spend the night in basic chalets or you can camp at Hikers Hut. Booking for these are essential through secretary@phg.co.zw.

There are about 10 species of wild animals in the park including giraffe, sable, wildebeast, impala, eland etc. Birding is one of the biggest attractions to the park with the likely sighting of the 'spotted creeper' in the miombo woodlands close to Hikers Hut.

I hope you enjoy your experience here.

To find this Cache, you need to look under the rocks in the entrance to the cave
