Австрийский форт в Брюховичах построен в 1912 г. на Зъявленской горе, у подножия которой проходит дорога на Львов. На западном крае горы расположены 4 крытые кирпичные галереи с железобетонным перекрытием. Две из них прямые, а две изогнуты на четверть круга. Стрелковые галереи имеют широкие бойницы, соединены между собой окопами. В верхней части форта имеются укрытия для орудий. С востока комплекс защищен земляными укреплениями. Форт "Зъявленская гора" в Брюховичах не принимал активного участия в боевых действиях. Российская армия при наступлении обошла форт с флангов, и гарнизон покинул его. Позже укрепления использовались во время украинско-польской войны 1918-19 гг. и во время обороны Львова в 1939 г.

Austrian Bryukhovychi fort built in 1912 on Zyavlenskoy hill at the foot of which the road runs to Lviv. On the western edge of the mountains there are 4 brick galleries with concrete cover. Two of them are line, and two curved for a quarter circle. Shooting galleries have wide loopholes and interconnected by trenches. At the top of the fort, there are hiding places for cannons. From the east, the complex is protected by earthworks. Fort "Zyavlenskaya Mountain" in Bryukhovychi took no active part in hostilities. The Russian army bypassed the fort from the flanks during the offensive, and the garrison left it. Later used to strengthen during the Ukrainian-Polish war of 1918-19 and in the defense of Lviv in 1939.
