En tre-stegs multi på scout-ön Vässarö

A multi in three steps on the scout Island Vassarö. You need to know some Swedish to solve this, so bring your new Swedish friend.


Sjökaptenen Ragnar Westin testamenterade Vässarö (och ett hundratal andra öar, kobbar och skär) till scouterna i Stockholm. Legenden säger att han också hade en kista med guld, men det är ingen som hittat den.

I testamentet stod följande:
"För att hitta skatten ta du mitt födelseår "ABCD" och räknar ut följande:

N60° 15.A(B-C)(D+A)
E018° 42.(C-B)(B)(C+A)"

Födelseåret hittar du på ett porträtt som hänger i matsalen.

Delsteg 2
Vid koordinaten finns en skylt som Ragnar lämnat efter sig. Skylten ger dig X och Y.

Capten Ragnar Westin bequeathed Vässarö (and a hundred other islands, islets and rocks) to the scouts in Stockholm. Legend says that he also had a chest of gold, but there is no one who found it.

The following were in the bequeathed :
"To find the treasuse you take my birth year "ABCD" and calculate:

N60° 15.A(B-C)(D+A)
E018° 42.(C-B)(B)(C+A)"

You find the birth year on a portait that hangs in the canteen.

Step 2
At the coordinate there is a sign that Ragnar left behind. The sign gives you X and Y (Swedish knowledge is needed).
