Did Triceratops Hide in Trees? Traditional Cache

Triceratops were horned plant eating dinosaurs with bony plates covering their necks, typically with three horns. The question is: Did they use trees to hide themselves from the meat eating dinosaurs and clever cachers?

This hide should be winter friendly except in the wildest of winters.
