Welcome" to our hometown of Crystal Lake, this little park by our Chamber of Commerce was home to another of our caches. Unfortunately carpenter ants destroyed the host. We aren't positive they are carpenters but they were wearing little tool belts.
The coordinates will lead you to a neat object of interest - thus the "time" theme. The actual cache is not far away to the West. Find the number of the American Legion post that donated the plaque and subtract it from the last 3 digits of N42 14.241 and W088 20.421
