Geocache is near the entrance to Ft. Stevens Park Heritage Area. There is a $5 day use fee to park at the museum parking lot. Or you can park for free at the Battery Russell parking lot couple miles south and walk or bike the paved Isaac Stevens Trail back. It’s a nice hike/ride.
If you are unfamiliar with the park, pick up a trail guide at any information station.

Nota Bene: Please do not park on the entrance road or even along side it. Park rangers frown deeply and you will likely be eligible for a citation. There is plenty of designated parking available within walking distance.
