This Cache is designed to bring people to an area that's quiet, peaceful and normal most of the year... but which becomes a little bit unusual as the end of the year approaches...

The Lower Borgnis Lights cache is in a bit of a tricky hide, and it is a fair trek up the hill to the related Lower Borgnis Lights cache up above, so make sure you bring your comfy shoes!

This might appear to be an innocuous suburban street... but try this cache around Christmas time and the whole street lights up... literally... and getting the cache without being muggled by the crowds could be a bit more of a challenge!
