Cache is inside an old unused corn crib. There's a small area to park. Cache was placed with the owner's permission. This should be extremely easy.
My best friend and his dad farm this land along with the land that belongs to the man who lives in the nearby house. He calls him No Job Bob because he doesn't farm his own land and doesn't even have a job elsewhere. My friend doesn't geocache, but I've told him about it and he was excited to offer a spot for a cache. Just remember to be respectful as this is private property, and I don't want to have to remove this. I would tell you exactly what you're looking for, but it's honestly way too easy.
