This cache commemorates the third book, published in 2006, in the series; Chronicles of Ancient Darkness by Michelle Paver. The book takes place 6000 years ago during the New Stone Age, and tells the story of Torak, Renn and Wolf.

The cache is a 500mL cylindrical container. I have tried to find a place that is hidden in the same habitat as the book is written but Mackay doesn’t have blizzards... However I did place the cache in a cave-like environment. Close enough…
