My neighbor who caches with me occasionally has been after me to place a cache in our neighborhood, so with her permission this cache is placed on property which she owns. As a kid growing up in this neighborhood, I spent many days playing in this small grass field, as well as fishing in the nearby Mekeel brook, which also runs through my property. This should be a quick park and grab with parking 10-15 feet of the cache. Please be courteous of the neighbors and don't trespass on thier property. There is no need to worry about the neighbor across the street if she is outside as this is her property, and she will most likely strike up a conversation if she sees you after the cache, but on either side of the cache, if there are muggles outside use stealth.
