The original Boo Radley cache was destroyed by loggers who decimated the entry to the Bear Mountain Trail. It was placed in 1942 by the campers at Mowglis. The new one is nearby the original.
This is on a dirt road off Bear Mountain Rd. called the Alexandria-Hebron Highway. There are many caches that can be accessed from this trail system. If you have read To Kill a Mockingbird, you will know what kind of place to look for this one. In the story, Boo Radley left goodies for the children in this kind of hiding place.
