Welcome to the Brevard Museum of History and Natural Science Nature Trail. Once again we have teamed up with the Museum for a wonderful opportunity to give back to a supportive geocaching host.
Twenty two acres of the Museum’s land is set aside as a nature preserve with several trails that are wheelchair accessible. Put on your walking shoes to explore scrub, hammock and wetland habitats. Watch and listen for the animals scurrying through the undergrowth. As you stroll through the tranquil habitat, you can imagine what Florida looked like before roads and towns were cut into the natural vegetation. The Nature Trails are open to the public free of charge during museum operating hours. Trails can lead you to the Brevard Planetarium and the Travis Park Recreation Center.
