Popular with dog walkers, the area is a greenway for the City of Vernon which has been earmarked as the continuation of 32nd Ave. At one end is a field that is zoned in the BX Region. There is a set of steps leading down to the greenway at 33rd Ave and 9th Street. You can also make your way there up from 30th Ave following a walking trail beside a field, adjacent to Inglewood residencies.
