August may not be the ideal month to have a CITO event but the western edges of the Prairie Path need attention regardless of season. And of course there's the promise of that souvenir . . .
Meet on the west side of Eola Road where it crosses the Prairie Path at 9 a.m. We'll be heading west from there. Dress for the work as well as the weather. Please bring your own gloves. Garbage bags will be provided for the collection of trash.
Parking is available at Meteo Valley High School. Or you can take your chances by parking in the business lots just north of the path.
