Geocache Description:

Welcome to the HUM (Huntley-Union-Marengo) Trail

The Huntley-Union-Marengo trail currently runs from East Street in Marengo to Vine Street in Union.

The 2015 Cache Your Way program is over but the cache remains for the fun of it!

About

This 3.5 mile paved multi-use trail provides a recreational amenity for bikers, rollerbladers and runners and dog walkers alike. Traveling alongside railroad tracks and past wooded areas, the trail provides an opportunity for a family bike ride or daily exercise route, linking the neighborhoods of Marengo and downtown Union.

Cache Your Way Question

For 190 million years, the ancestors to modern frogs have roamed the earth.  The secret to their longevity is their adaptability.  Frogs have evolved to live in an astounding variety of climates.  They can be found on all continents except which one? Answer is taped to inside of container!!!

About the Hide

This is a park and grab.  Its not my usual style to do P&Gs but this site did not offer a lot of opportunities for other types and it allowed me to highlight one of the newly alllowed cache types!
