Geocache Description:

This may be a tricky find! Please do not climb on any part of the stone walls or carvings; your feet do not need to leave the ground to find the cache container.

Wilson Park, named for President Woodrow Wilson, was purchased during the administration of Albert J. Fields, Mayor 1910-1918. Improvements were made to the park during the Administration of Henry S. "Dot" Murray, Mayor from 1930-1941. At the entrance, you can see two limestone eagle carvings, the same carvings depicted in the mural at 16th and H St.

You are looking for a small container too small to hold a pen so be sure to bring your own.
