This is a Town Square Cache and just like music in the park, this cache is intended to get you out to visit the area.
This hide is on private property but undeveloped. It is off of the parking lot with a steep drop, so watch your step. The idea here is to find the cache and enjoy the surroundings. Even on a hot evening with the fountain spraying, it feels cool. This hunt will require stealth as well.
