Geocache Description:

Bigger than a small so we are calling this unique container a regular.  Big enough for decent swag and reasonably sized trackables.

Soonerific prize for FTF located by container!

Approximately 75 yds NW of the cache GZ you will notice the stored remains of a former U.S. Navy T-28 Trojan trainer aircraft. Instead of retirement, this one served for over 30 years for various research facilities flying into Thunderstorms to gather data. It is supposed to be restored in the future to be placed in a National Weather Service Museum to be built in Norman. If the cover has blown off you can see the old " nose art" and the up armored canopy built to withstand hail. Parking is available. The following link has great facts, history and pictures of this aircrafts awesome operational life.  http://www.t28trojanfoundation.com/storm-chaser.html
