Meet & greet with the Belgians !

Near the Pier at the harbour in Windermere !

We'll be spending our summer holidays in het UK this year. After a week on the Isle of Man we'll be travelling to the UK 'mainland' for another week of holidays in The Lake District. On Thursday 27th of August I would love to meet some local cachers and other cachers on holiday in the Lake District to meet and greet. We'll be staying in Windermere so I think the Pier in Windermere harbour is a perfect location. I would love to hear of some 'must do caches' in the Lake District by some local cachers.

What are the plans :

* meet and greet between 19:30 & 20:30 PM at the benches near the tree at the pier (see picture)

* discover and exchange travel bugs and coins

* taste some Belgian cookies and chocolates

* have fun and maybe a small lotery for all participants

* an event banner

How can you recognize me... I'll be wearing my geocache cap so at least one trackable to discover.
