See a lot of these around here. When the economy tanked a while back all the greedy out of towners turned tail and ran, leaving their mark all over the county. May as well use it for something.
No need to get on structure, what you're looking for can be reached from the ground. Pay attention to where you step, I did see some boards that may have nails sticking out out....but not by the cache.......
