Geocache Description:

Backwards Charlie from Austin returns from his trip to Europe.  Maybe with many tales to tell and many trackables to track and trade.  At the Central Market Cafe from 0800 (8 AM) to 0900 (9 AM).  We will meet in the outdoor seating if the weather is nice, else the indoor seating.

You are not required to buy any food or drink to attend this event, but they do have a nice breakfast selection.  There are wheelchair ramps, but I do not know how easy they are to use so I am giving this event a Terrain rating of 1.5.
