Über diesen Pfad scheinen schon die Templer im 12. Jahrhundert gezogenen zu sein - und haben dabei in den toskanischen Wäldern eine wertvolle Münze verloren, deren Aufgabe es ist, die schönsten Tempel der Welt zu entdecken...
Unweit der Abtei San Galgano liegt der Schatz inmitten nahezu unberührter Natur. Es ist der erste Cache, der von Memphis (fahnder76), BennyTenny und Leckermäulchen gelegt wurde. Der vom Startpunkt ausgehende Weg ist eine Möglichkeit, den Cache gut zu erreichen - gleichwohl gibt es auch "abenteuerlichere" Möglichkeiten. Wird der Weg genutzt, muss dieser bis zum Cache nicht verlassen werden - erst die letzten Meter geht es ab in die Wildnis.
Den Mutigen empfehlen wir, den Weg nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit mit Taschenlampe zu beschreiten, weil die Blicke auf Chiusdino dann besonders schön sind - denn das Dörfchen wird ordentlich angestrahlt... aber Vorsicht vor den Wildschweinen!!!

This is the path the Templars might have used in the 12th Century - in the tuscan woods there is a lost valuable coin, whose mission is to discover the most beautiful temples in the world ...
Not far away from the Abbey of San Galgano you might find this treasure amidst nearly untouched nature. It is the first Cache of Memphis (fahnder76), BennyTenny and Leckermäulchen. At the Starting Point begins an easily accessible way to the Cache - however there are more "adventurous" options. The path does not have to be left until the last few meters - the it goes off into the wilderness.
We recommend the Bravest in the midst of us to walk this way after sunset with a flashlight. The views of Chiusdino are beautiful then - because the village is neatly illuminated ... but beware of the wild boars!!!
