Geocache Description:

Placed in recognition of a local cacher's year-long streak of cache finding

On 13th August 2014, Erynluin started trying to make her ‘find streak’ longer than her slump, and kind of forgot to stop ! 365 days later, she’s still ‘streaking’ and this cache is by way of saying CONGRATULATIONS for making a whole year. Keeping going through the winter, through illness, holidays etc. is quite an achievement and I know she has some good late-night-scrambling-around-in-a-bush-or-up-a-tree stories to tell!

Update May 2016 - I am pleased to report that on Monday 9th May 2016 Erynluin clocked up a mighty 636 days of streaking. She is now taking it easy and didn't cache on Tuesday 10th, but did have fun caching with me on Wednesday 11th (fully clothed!!). So, by way of recognition of this mighty streak, redirected male and I put our heads together and changed the words of a well-known Disney song…….here goes:

I've a nagging feeling, that's been here all day
Something that I've started, just won't go away
In a crazy moment, I'm afraid it's true
I need to go and find a cache, when each day starts anew.

So, can I find a cache tonight?
Be it near or far
It's not enough for this wide eyed wanderer
Just to wonder where they are.

Oh can I find a cache tonight?
No, I can not rest
It's enough to make kings and vagabonds
Think that I'm obsessed!

I used to think that streaking, meant running in the nude
I'm afraid that definition, was somewhat misconstrued
Some call it a hobby, some a game to play
All I know is I crave for Tupperware, every single day!

So, can I find a cache tonight?
Be it near or far
It's not enough for this wide eyed wanderer
Just to wonder where they are.

Oh can I find a cache tonight?
No, I can not rest
It's enough to make kings and vagabonds
Think that I'm obsessed!

The song is from the Lion King and if you’d like to hear the original, you can find it sung by Elton John here and view the lyrics here . Many thanks to redirected male for his help with the words.

So, to the cache:

Of course, this had to be a puzzle cache (Erynluin loves them ) so the cache is not at the published coordinates (but there is a link from the road name to the musical ).
To find it, please work out the following:
A = the final digit of the year the Lion King film was released in the U.K.
B = the final digit of the year the Lion King stage adaptation premiered in London's West End
Please use Erynluin's milestone tab on her statistics page for the next two questions:
C = the first digit in the GC number of Erynluin’s 500th cache
D = the final digit of the GC number of Erynluin’s 1000th cache

Then plot:

N 50 48.[(2*A)-D][B-D][C+D]
W000 23.[B-C][A-D]C
Happy finding and streaking
